Unless stated otherwise, all garments are second-hand, and in most cases will show signs of wear. Please see detailed photos and product descriptions to understand the condition of the garments and any defects which may be present. Feel free to contact us in order to query any item conditions.
Regarding the sizing of items, all items show detailed measurements in the product description and where possible will be shown on a model. Once again please reach out for any sizing queries.
Please note, there may be slight variation between the colour, texture, etc., of the product you see on site and the product you receive, due to differences in lighting, screen resolution, brightness etc.

Your privacy is important to 5245 Archive, and any information collected whilst operating 5245 Archive is respected. Any personally identifiable information you may provide is protected.
5245 Archive follows all commercial guidance on information gathering and storage, to keep your information as secure and safe as possible.
Like most website operators, 5245 Archive collects non-personally identifying information that web-browsers and servers make available, such as browser type, language, reffering site, date and time of each visit. This information helps us understand how visitors use the website.
The amount and type of information gathered depends on the nature of the interaction with the website. To fulfil a purchase, we may ask for personally identifiable information such as name, delivery and billing address, and contact information. This information is also useful to prevent risk or fraud.

Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of submission. In the rare circumstance that this is not possible, the customer will be notified via email.
All orders are dispatched with tracked services, and tracking for your order will be provided via email.
All orders are dispatched with full insurance. In the rare circumstance that a shipment is damaged or lost in transit, an appropriate refund will be issued once the courier has provided confirmation of such occurance.
We are required by law to provide the actual purchase value of any internationl purchases on the customs documents. We unfortunately cannot alter the purchase value, or mark the item as “gift”.
All international orders are DDU. The recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes that may be charged. Where possible, we will split any international orders with multiple items into multiple packages, in the aim to avoid duties and taxes.
Return and Refund Policy
As a small independant store, 5245 Archive does not accept returns. As all items are sold as one off products, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted under exceptional circumstaces, which could not have been avoided by the customer. Should this be the case, please contact 5245 Archive via email for a resolution.
Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit, within 14 days of the purchase. In the case of an exchange, if the exchanged item costs more than the origional item, then we require the customer to pay the remaining balance. Return shipping is the customers liability.
If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the origional packaging, in unopened condition, with all inclusions in the parcel returned alognside the purchased item. The cost of shipping will not be refunded from the origional purchase. Return shipping is the customers liability.
